Washington, D.C. - Today, House Committee on Natural Resources Chairman Bruce Westerman (R-Ark.) announced that Congressman Wesley Hunt has been selected as the Vice Chairman for the Subcommittee on Energy and Mineral Resources.

Chairman Westerman released the following statement: “I’m so pleased to welcome Congressman Hunt as vice chairman for the Subcommittee on Energy and Mineral Resources. The need to unlock America’s rich resources has never been clearer, and Congressman Hunt has had a front-row seat to responsible energy development in his home state of Texas. I know he’ll continue to be a fantastic advocate for these issues, and I look forward to working with him.”
