Washington, D.C. - Today, Congressman Hunt voted in favor of H.R.1 - To lower energy costs by increasing American energy production, exports, infrastructure, and critical minerals processing, by promoting transparency, accountability, permitting, and production of American resources, and by improving water quality certification and energy projects, and for other purposes.

"The first step to unleashing American energy starts today.  The Lower Energy Costs Act rolls back Biden's attack on domestic energy production, incentivizes domestic mineral production, and stops regulations that delay projects that are critical to our energy independence.  No one produces energy cleaner in the world than the United States of America," said Hunt.
