Washington, D.C. - Today, Congressman Wesley Hunt is proud to have voted in favor of the passage of President Trump’s One Big Beautiful Bill—the largest tax cut for American families in our nation’s history. 

It fulfills key promises to the American people, including eliminating taxes on tips and overtime and slashing taxes on social security.

With President Trump, we are putting families first—not bureaucrats. This bill restores the dignity of work, rewards American production, and supports the blue-collar workers who keep this country running.

As promised, it permanently secures our borders by finishing the border wall, stopping the flow of fentanyl, providing $10,000 in bonuses to ICE and Border Patrol agents, and funding the largest deportation effort in history. 

Lastly, it unleashes American energy by reversing Biden's anti-energy agenda, lowers prices, and puts our workers back in charge. We will finally drill here, build here, and power America with American energy.
