Washington, D.C. – Today, Congressman Wesley Hunt voted in favor of  H. Res. 11 - Establishing the Select Subcommittee on Strategic Competition Between the United States and the Chinese Communist Party.  

“In order for the United States to remain the world’s dominant superpower, we must confront uncomfortable realities and be prepared to recognize the threat posed by the Chinese Communist Party,” said Hunt.  The Select Subcommittee on Strategic Competition between the U.S. and the CCP will continue the work started by the China Task Force to develop novel solutions that will address the CCP’s growing aggression on the world stage.”
